EFA 2019 Hotels

We have secured rooms in hotels in Carcavelos, Estoril and Cascais. All hotels are served by our shuttle buses (more information soon online).

Cancellation policy

An administration fee of €20 will be withheld from the refund (€20 per booking).

• Until April 20 no charge will apply for the cancellations with the exception of the administrative fee
• From April 21 to June 20, 30% of the total amount of the booking + administrative fee will be charged
• From June 21 to July 20, 60% of the total amount of the booking + administrative fee will be charged
• From July 21 to August 12, 85% of the total amount of the booking + administrative fee will be charged
• From August 13 on and no shows will be charged 100% of the total amount of the booking.

City Tax

Prices do not include the City Tax: 2 € per person per night.

Transportation

We organize buses that take you from the hotel(s) to the campus and to social events.

Campus accommodation

The campus accommodation is located directly on campus and it has 122 brand new rooms. The facility is operated by MILESTONE, an experienced premium student housing provider.

Book your room

Rates are for 6 nights: from Sunday, August 18, 2019, to Saturday, August 25. The staying period can be shorter, however, the price will be charged in full. Please note that:

• Room rates include towels and linen (not changed within the week) and daily cleaning.
• All rooms are for single use only.
• Breakfast is not included, but a Café is open daily at the campus.
• On the reservation form, you are asked to indicate your check-in and check-out dates.

Cancellation terms

• Free cancellations by April 30, 2019
• For all cancellations between May 1 and June 30, 2019, the 25%of the total amount of the booking+administrative fee will be charged
• For all cancellations after June 30, 2019 and no shows 100% of the total amount of the booking will be charged

Campus Accommodation policy

On the day of your arrival at the campus accommodation, each guest will be asked for a € 100 cash deposit (key deposit per person). The deposit will be returned to the guest if there are no damages in the room.

At the check-in, each guest is asked to sign the House rules and damage policy.
